out

Reached home at around 5.15am. Chinablack was fully packed with people, we queued for around 2hr just to get in ! The bartender gave us each a cup of free drink while we were queuing up. Music wise, they were playing 'rojak' - a mix of hip-hop, progressive and breakbeats. When i got in, i thought it was progessive night caused Iio- rapture (some prog mix) was played, but the next tune was a hip-hop song cross-faded in untactfully. It was a big turn off. From then on, the whole live set became 'rojak'. The DJ did some off beat beat juggling and some tunes wasn't even blended in well. lousy man. During the later part of the night, i caught him yawning his way through. Haha. The overall crowd was quite good, clubbers were grooving and showing off their best dance moves on the podium and dance floor.

Before going to Chinablack, i met up with my secondary school friends for movie, dinner and coffee-bean. Infection was such a lousy film, i would rate it 1/10. 1, for the sound effects, stealth portion and disgusting renditions. The 3 magical words ' shut up lar' thrown to a bunch of noisy and rowdy girls by an ah-beng prior to the start of the movie was very effective. 1 clap for him! The coffee-bean session brought back our secondary school days memories as we pulled back images from the past. Teachers and school mates who had made footprints in our minds were relinquished during the session. It was a good talk i should say, after not seeing each other for quite some time.
