Libre ! (pas libre)
C'est la fin d'exams et mes vacances iront bien, j'espère. Yeah, today is the start of the end and it is definitely another milestone in my university education. 2 years gone past just like that, and i've already completed 4 semesters worth of work; not mentioning 4 major exams ! Gosh, I'm already half-way through my university life. For the next 3 months or so, i'd be relieved (temporarily) from the drudgery of education and be spared from any forms of lecture materials.Although holidays are meant to be a period where one is free to do whatever they want, mine is always restricted by my financial capabilities, for my notion of freedom lies with the ability to travel overseas to some foreign land and explore the great unknown that the land has to offer. I'm always astounded by some of my peers who doesn't seem to be held back by any forms of monetary burdens. Their spending power are onlydetermined by their will to spend and money matters doesn't seem to be of any issues to them. They don't come from uber rich family and neither do i hear of them working. So what did they do to achieve such finiancial 'freedom'. As such, i certainly believe in the existence of those earn-until-nobody-knows kind of lobangs. Please show me the ropes !
Now back to my self-pity rants...Some say i'm stingy, some say i'm thrifty, be it the former or latter, it doesn't really matter. I'm just trying to make ends meet (for myself) and survive on my meagre monthly tuition paycheck, and I really hate it when the school starts emailing me the hostel and tuition fee...yaya, i know if i don't pay up i can't register for my next semester's subjects..smart..
